Joel Vaandrager
Partner & Director of Operations

Joel is responsible for directing audit operations and development of the company, with a focus on continual improvement of the client audit experience.  He is recognized as a thought leader in the field of procurement recovery audits. Joel brings almost 20 years of related expertise to his clients’ challenges, including insights gained as a project manager at other firms. The programs he has developed and implemented for companies have met with lasting results, as evidenced by his lasting and long term relationships with them.

Marc Faber
Partner & Director of Technology

Marc has worked in banking and audit industries for over 20 years with experience in lending, information technology and project management.  He has served the last 8 years as the Director of Technology for Premier Cost Recovery.  In 2009 Marc added the management of the inside and outside sales departments to his responsibilities.  His unique background in both sales and technology has helped him identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency across all of PCR’s services.

His key initiatives during his tenure at PCR include:

  • Defining and development of PCR’s proprietary audit software.
  • Centralizing remote offices on standardized IT architecture and integrating all users into a cloud-based environment.
  • Migrating the sales team off a decentralized CRM software to Salesforce.com.
  • Improving the customer experience by consolidating all audit activity into a single web-based portal for every audit client.
  • Implementing new policies around the IT help desk procedures including a new way of ranking case priority.
  • Establishing technical relationships with all major GPO’s for line item pricing reviews.
